Food Distribution


Distributions are the 3rd Sunday of every month (weather permitting) at 10am. 


To qualify for our program, you need to be a Jefferson County resident (or rural surrounding community) Bring a photo id (showing current address or a utility bill), proof of need (SSI, SSA, Medicaid, Food Stamps, any government assistance, or unemployment letter) along with backing documentation showing current eligibility. We require all healthy animals in the household be altered.
Operation Spot (a mobile S/N clinic) will be coming to the Pantry twice a month for low cost spay and neuter from April to November 2022. The cost for low-income residents is $25 (includes S/N, 1 year rabies and microchip). This is for healthy animals ONLY, dogs must be under 50 lbs. We will also have an outside/feral cat day. Cats must be in traps, this is a free service to caretakers, includes S/N, 1 year rabies, microchip, and ear tip. Donations are encouraged for these events. There is limited space for these events. We are still providing vouchers for free S/N at Carol House Quick Fix as well.
