2024 Pet Food Distribution Dates and Information.
Our Pet Food Distribution, Spay/Neuter Sign-Ups are the 3rd Sunday of every month from 10 am till Noon.
To qualify for our program, you need to be a Jefferson County resident, (or rural surrounding area), provide Government documented proof of low income (SNAP Rewards Letter, Social Security, SSI, SSDI, Unemployment Letter or Medicaid, in your name), a valid id and proof of residency. We require all healthy pets in the household to be spay or neutered, proof of spay/neuter required. We will work with you on spay/neuter cost, if you can provide proof of low-income. Owned pets must be in your possession for at least 3 months prior to signing up for our program (this does not apply for feral cats).
